Kaifeng Chuangxin' Electromagnetic flow meter is composed of sensor and converter. It comes in two forms: compact-type and remote-type. The remote-type also requires a special double-layer shielded cable to connect the converter and sensor. There are seven types of electrode materials and four types of lining materials available for sensors.

The measurement principle of electromagnetic flow meter is based on Farady's electromagnetic induction law. The sensor is mainly composed of measuring tubes with isolate lining, a pair of electrodes installed by penetration of  the measuring tube wall, a pair of coils and an iron core to produce a working magnetic field. 


Features:

Ø Not affected by fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity;

Ø No moveable parts in the measuring tube, no pressure loss, and lower requirements for straight pipe sections.

Ø Bidirectional measurement system with three built-in totalizers, forward total, reverse total and difference total;

Ø Display forward and reverse flow, multiple outputs: current, pulse, digital communication, HART;

Ø Reasonable selection materials of liner and electrode, excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance;

Ø Excitation mode converter with low power consumption, stable zero point and high accuracy.

Ø Using surface mount technology (SMT), with self-test and self-diagnosis alarm output, empty load detection alarm output, flow rate upper and lower limit alarm output, batch control and other functions.

Ø Through infrared touch buttons, parameter setting is convenient and programming is reliable.

2.Poor abrasion resistance;

3.Poor ability of anti-negative pressure.

Polychloroprene rubber

(Neoprene)

1.Excellent elasticity, high degree of tensile strength,good wear resistance;

2.Able to resist the corrosion of generally low concentration acid, alkali and salt, unable to resist that of the oxidative medium.

Polyurethane rubber
