Non-full tube Electromagnetic Flowmeter is composed of a flow rate sensor, a water level sensor and a flow display instrument, continuously measuring the fluid flow rate and liquid level in the pipeline,As long as the user inputs the diameter of a circular pipe or the width of a square pipe, the non-full pipe flowmeter will automatically calculate the flow in the pipeline, and automatically display the instantaneous flow, flow rate, cumulative flow and other measurement parameters.
I. Working principle of electromagnetic flowmeter with non-full tube
According to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, a pair of detection electrodes are installed on the wall of the tube perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube and the magnetic force line. When the conductive liquid moves along the axis of the measuring tube, the conductive liquid cuts the magnetic force line to generate the induced potential, which is detected by the two detection electrodes. The value is directly proportional to the flow rate and its value is: E=KBVD
Where:
E-induced potential
K- coefficient related to magnetic field distribution and axial length
B- magnetic induction intensity
V- average velocity of conducting liquid
D- electrode spacing (Measuring tube diameter)
The sensor takes the induced potential E as the flow signal and transmits it to the converter. After a series of digital processing through amplification, transformation and filtering, and after serial digital processing, the instantaneous flow and cumulative flow are displayed by dot matrix LCD with backlight.
The Converter has 4 ~ 20mA output, alarm output and frequency output, and has RS485 communication interface, and supports HART and MODBUS protocol.
Ⅱ.Advantages of non-full tube flowmeter

Ⅳ. Application characteristics of electromagnetic flowmeter with non-full tube
