The electromagnetic flowmeter is an automatic measuring instrument to continuously test fluids in open pipes.The working principle is to use the flow area method to measure instantaneous flow, flow rate, accumulated flow rate and other data.


Summary

Non-full pipe electromagnetic flowmeter is a kind of automatic flowmeter that uses the velocity - area method to continuously measure fluid flow in the open pipeline.

It can continuously measure the instantaneous flow rate, velocity, cumulative flow rate and other data in the open non-full pipe.

Especially suitable for sites that need to be measured under the condition of incomplete pipes,such as municipal rainwater discharge pipes, waste water, sewage and irrigation water pipe.

Non-full pipe electromagnetic flowmeter is a small measuring system composed of an electromagnetic velocity sensor, an ultrasonic level gauge and a flow converter, which can continuously measure the flow rate and liquid level of the fluid in the open non-full pipe. As long as the user enters the inner diameter of the circular pipe or the width of the square pipe, the non-full pipe electromagnetic flowmeter will automatically calculate the flow in the pipe. And automatically displays instantaneous flow, flow rate, cumulative flow and other measurement parameters.


Function features

 It can be used to measure the flow of open non-full pipes (round pipes, rectangular pipes or other special shaped pipes).

It can be used for continuous measurement of municipal rainwater, waste water, sewage discharge and irrigation water pipes.

Can realize automatic measurement of forward and reverse two-way flow;

The sensor can work reliably for a long time under harsh site conditions and sewage quality.

Wide velocity measurements range from 0.01m/s to 15m/s;

High flow measurement accuracy , not affected by downstream backwater, blocking and other factors;

Large screen, backlight LCD display, measurement data can be clearly read under strong light or at night;

Complete function in display and output, its able to display the instantaneous flow, flow rate, cumulative flow, liquid level and other measurement data of the liquid in the pipe;

Computer communication interface 232, 485 (optional);

GPRS wireless remote data transmission function (optional);

Timekeeping, counting and timer function when power is off .
