The working principle of the Electromagnetic Flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When a conductor moves in a magnetic field, induced electromotive force will be generated at both ends of the conductor perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field and the direction of motion.
The electromotive force is proportional to the speed of the conductor and the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic field.
CXLD electromagnetic flowmeter is manufactured with the latest technology of contemporary electromagnetic flow and has the following characteristics:
1. the measurement is not affected by the change of fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity;
2. There’s no obstructing flow parts in the measuring tube, no pressure loss, low requirements for straight pipe length:
3. series nominal diameter is DN3~DN3000, and there’re multiple choices for sensor lining and electrode materials;
4. the converter adopts novel excitation mode, low power consumption, zero stability, high accuracy. Flow range up to 1500:1;
5. The converter and sensor can be composed of integrated type or separated type;
6. the converter adopts 16-bit high-performance microprocessor, 2*16 LCD display, easy parameter setting, reliable programming:

Thereis a bidirectional measuring system of the flowmeter, which is in-built three totalizers: the forward total amount, the reverse total amount and the difference value total amount: it can display the forward and reverse flow, and has a variety of outputs: current, pulse, digital communication, HART;
8. 8. The converter adopts surface mounting technology (SMT), with self-inspection and self-diagnosis function;
9. Rubber and polyurethane lining sensors are intrinsically immersed structure;
10. explosion-proof instrument can be used for the corresponding explosion-proof places;
11. CXLD type electromagnetic flowmeter is used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquid and slurry in closed pipeline, suitable for chemical industry and electricitypower, mining, petroleum, water supply and drainage, papermaking, medicine, food and other departments.
